Shiraz 2018

Our 2018 Shiraz is announced by exotic spiciness derived from the classic dry Mediterranean summer. Complex rich dark blueberries, anise and spice have also been intensified with subtle blend of French oaks showing minimal charring.

The palate has flavours of strawberry, raspberry, with some wild berry, exotic anise and spice, with fruit-based sweetness typical of Great Southern Shiraz. Soft tannins are a feature of this superb wine.

This medium bodied Shiraz is drinking well on release, but will benefit with cellaring over the next six years due to the rich and soft tannins.
